What You Need to Know
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The hotel will process a pre-authorization for the total amount of your stay in addition to a security deposit 48 hours prior to arrival. Should the authorization not be approved, your reservation is subject to cancellation.
- The hotel does not accept cash, prepaid cards, Visa debit cards, Mastercard debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or any virtual cards for pre-authorization, reservation guarantee or security deposits. A valid major credit card is required at check-in for room payment and security deposit. Any additional funds held through pre-authorization will be released by your financial institution back to your credit card within 15 business days after departure. The hotel cannot release this hold.

The vouchers were not what I expected. I should have been able to decide if I wanted an entree or not. And the prices of these restaurants was nuts.

Very good experience on this first visit of the hotel, room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel restaurant has stunning view on the falls, highly recommended.

Good stay. We were in room 2908 a city facing room, we had a small view of the river and lots of green space and the hotel next door. The Tower Hotel is located between Embassy Suites and the Marriott. The room looked pretty much brand new, very fresh modern decor.
The room is small but very well done. The bathroom is also small but very modern. The only thing we could find wrong was the shower drain cover which is delaminating but it looks like a manufacturing malfunction. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean.
The self parking is a few blocks away but the shuttles run often and are extremely quick. All of the drivers were very courteous. Also you can come and go as many times as you like from the parking lot. The observation deck on 25 was pretty much an empty space. They should have a bar or something. You can view the fireworks at night from this area.
Check in and check out was quick, as were the elevators( noting that they are not all in one place).
Also the hotel is convenient to get to the actual falls, if you go around the corner from the Embassy suites the Incline lift is right there. You can purchase round trip or single way. At the bottom you are right by Table Rock and the falls.

Hidden charges/had to call after returned home for an invoice. Said some of the charges were a deposit and would be returned , however all the charges are for different taxes levid by the hotel.

Stayed 2 nights, hotel is very comfy, newly decorated and maintained, Nespresso coffee in the room, very well situated, restaurant has a nice view on the falls and everything was very good. We were in low season, so it was calm and cozy and we loved it.

I love the shape of the hôtel building, the observatory on the 26th floor offers a fabulous view, day and night!

The view from the room was stunning and as promised/advertised. The room itself was recently renovated and beautiful, clean, and smelled very nice! Everyone was extremely pleasant, and the shuttle service was running constantly to the parking lot. I can't wait to go back!

First off, my reservation was cancelled. Lucky for me the Tower had extra rooms. However, I had to pay the regular rate. Also had to cancel my dinner reservations at Ruth Chris because there was no voucher. The hotel was good, the room was small but clean. Great views from the tower. I'm disappointed that travelzoo or the Tower cancelled my reservation.
