We really enjoyed our short stay at the Crystal. Very central and loved our king size studio, very large room with high ceiling, nice bathroom. Also, important to mention that it was a very good price including the $50 git card for the pub.

This was our double birthdays treat, turning 70. Never had such wonderful service from a hotel front desk staffing, from initial greeting to departure! Marcela was amazing, even sent up a bottle of bubbly on ice with a lovely card. The room was wonderful, the bed so comfortable, everything was clean and functioning, the location was perfect in the Village, lucky with parking, and having $50 coupon for lunch at the pub appreciated (although we would have preferred to use it at the Spaghetti Factory in the hotel). It was truly the best TravelZoo experience ever! 5*!

Just a suggestion that the $50 coupon included be used towards EITHER the Beacon Pub or the Old Spaghetti Factory. The pub was really noisy with limited chair-level seating (us older folks don’t love high tables with stools), while the Spaghetti Factory had great seating choices, a far better menu, better service and prices, same location (inside the hotel).

Wonderful stay! Very nice room and view over Village Stroll ( #249) Lovely swim in heated pool even in the rain !
