Why We Love This Deal

Here, you'll get the best of both worlds: a unique and quiet stay (akin to a Niagara-on-the-Lake inn), but still within a 15-minute walk from the Falls and action of Clifton Hill. As one Travelzoo member puts it, “it is rare to find an old luxury hotel in the middle of Niagara Falls.”

The general public pays about $268 a night with breakfast, plus $45 in added fees. Travelzoo members get it all for $149 a night.

Why We Love This Hotel

  • Just a short walk from the Falls and other attractions, this boutique hotel is amid the action but still has a charming feel
  • This quaint stone building was built in 1904 and once operated as one of the region’s leading flour mills
  • The property features the original beams and fireplace from the building’s early design
  • Check out the hotel's 1904 Wine Bar + Kitchen, the area's only wine bar, for a drink and live music
  • Bring your furry companion; this hotel is dog-friendly

Travelzoo tip: Dine at The Flour Mill, a renowned Niagara restaurant located on-site; usually, dinner for two with wine would easily cost over $200, but with our offer you'll pay $129.

The breakfast that was included with the voucher was horrible. We had to send my husbands back. The bacon crumbled upon picking it up. Must have been old bacon reheated. The eggs were ordered over easy and came hard. The sausage was over cooked and inedible. The new breakfast came and the eggs were almost raw. I ordered over hard eggs and they were runny. Just had enough with that experience. Not sure if the cook was in training or just didn’t know how to cook. We will not be going back. The room and atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. It’s a shame.

We had a great time. The breakfast included in the package is awesome.

The hotel charges $40 a night for parking. This is terrible. Our room had no fridge and the Raku tv system was not working the first night.

Mom and teenage daughter getaway. Pleasant stay but somewhat disappointing. Lobby and dining area were quite lovely and decorated nicely for Easter. Hallways and rooms were quite tired and worn though. Definitely in need of a refresh. Beds not very comfortable and every time someone opened and closed their door in our hallway, our door would shake and bang like someone was trying to force their way into our room.

Good overall. The hotel was empty yet we were asked to reserve a time for breakfast. Would have liked more flexibility.

This was a fantastic deal and way to experience a new hotel. It was absolutely beautiful and decorated for Valentine's Day. The ambiance of the hotel is great. The room was quite comfortable and quiet. The food at the restaurant was amazing. It was walking distance to everything - Clifton Hill, Falls, casino, etc.
Other Comments
The fee for parking on the property is too high, higher than other hotels and properties nearby. We were able to park within walking distance for $15. This is a deterrent from future visits.
