Staff were friendly and attentive.Busy location, but good soundproofing from traffic noise! Rooms were quite spacious and comfortable. One comment, carpets throughout could do with being replaced 🙂 Thank you for a pleasant 24 hour getaway.

The room did not have a fresh scent and there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc. The TV channels should be upgraded from analog to digital.

Close to the falls and the entertainment part of town.

Charges …over $100….for items that were supposed to be included and a variety of others that we need to find about. Also, it’s been difficult to reach anyone to discuss the charges.

Great price, great location and great value for the money. The breakfast filled us up so we couldn't have anything for lunch. Accommodating staff made it very comfortable.

Noise in the morning! At 7:30 a.m., the hallway exploded with noise of children talking loudly, running, and slamming doors. This went on for 90 minutes!

The room was clean. The toiletries were quality beekman products. We were interested in the restaurant for dinner as I do appreciate farm to table but we were staying in May so not much could be done with local produce at that time. The restaurant had a great presentation and I loved the outdoor courtyard. I am sure it is a fun place when the summer visits kick in. We are on the fence about staying again.

We didn't like the extra fees as they were ambiguously outlined on the agreement with the hotel. $40 extra fee that included a 20% gratuity and a marketing fee was IMO out of line. The charge for the gratuity was not explained what it was for. Maybe housekeeping? Maybe waitstaff at breakfast? Unsure. and a marketing fee is just not cool. If a business wants to market their establishment, it is up to them to incorporate the marketing budget into the expenses of the business, not push that fee on paying customers. We did purchase the package through travelzoo but that deal is a marketing decision by the owners of the hotel. the room was on the 1st floor and the 1st room closest to the check in desk. It also faced the parking lot where conversations could be heard all the time. We could also hear the water from the next room but we weren't sure if it was the toilet or shower. A bit more soundproofing in the walls would eliminate this issue. The coffee maker was the loudest I have ever heard. They should replace it with a quiet Keurig and also have half and half as a choice instead of the processed creamer in place. The recording when calling the hotel directly prior to our stay was filled with static and it was difficult to hear the message.

The mattress was a bit stiff, and check in could be earlier. that is my only negative feedback.
