The room was excellent. Spacious. Our room was facing the street, did not hear the traffic. The complementary reception was excellent. Our overall stay was fantastic. Our booking was through Travelzoo.

The breakfast was exceptional to please everyone. However, the short order cook gave my spouse the wrong omelette. To be fair there were numerous guess at the omelette station. It was only once we returned to our table that she noticed that she had the wrong one.

The hotel was lovely. Couldn’t have asked for a better location! The best part was not just the breakfast buffet but the free happy hour at the hotel. That pushed this venue over the goal line for us and really made the trip special.

The place was amazing and our room was upgraded which was luxurious. The evening reception and the breakfast were great features and the proximity to Old Montreal. There was a police incident in front of the hotel as we were arriving, so we weren’t able to access the hotel parking and had to pay to park in a nearby lot.

We had a wonderful stay-everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean.

This hotel was great. The location to the poor and old Montreal was less than a 10 minute walk. The rooms are very nicely updated and the staff were very welcoming and Pleasant to deal with. It is a nice extra to have the breakfast with made to order omelets and cocktail hour in the evening.

Pleasantly surprised at the upgrades in the room we got (room 713). Staff are always super and helpful. One was a little too abrupt (no one was waiting in line behind us) but they were pleasant enough.

We normally book through Travelzoo and wish we could still get Embassy Suite points (you are still giving points?)
