The staff were the best; the valet driver, the front desk staff and restaurant staff did everything to accommodate us. It is located in a great spot with lots of restaurants and taverns that are close. Although we did not no use it there was great pool and social room with activities. Lots of families with children were enjoying the stay.

Hotel Arts was incredible. The front desk staff, servers, and everyone we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and it was lovely that we could add early check in and late check out at a great rate and guaranteed. We made reservations with front desk for the poolside restaurant and for Yellow Door Bistro for Sunday brunch. Easy to do and our front desk agent was very nice. Poolside was fantastic. Great temperature, and the drinks were delicious. Good towel size as well. After the pool, we changed and got ready and went down to Freestyle for happy hour. We tried the YYC EXP tasting menu and it was incredible! Service was friendly and efficient even though the poolside area was really busy. Breakfast buffet at Yellow Door was so incredible and cannot wait to go back. Rooms were clean and nice and the king bed was incredibly comfortable.

Clean room, staff very nice. Pool was transitioning during my staff and unavailable so can't comment. Room fixtures showing a bit of wear, but nice aesthetic.
