Enjoyed Most
Enjoyed staying at the hotel, good location! Loved the pool. Rooms are nice but washroom is dated, poor drainage in the sink (reported when we checked out). Good food at the Yellow Door. I was disappointed with the staff at the hotel. Not friendly and welcoming. The doorman never greeted us or smiled. The woman at checkin was efficient and friendly. We were never greeted with smiles if we met staff in the hotel and they didn’t say hello. This is surprising because as a guest I expect to be treated with respect. We travel and appreciate when staff is friendly.
