What You Need to Know
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. The credit card provided will be pre-authorized 72 hours before check-in for the full stay amount (room and tax), $50 per stay incidental deposit and $25 daily parking fee. If paying with cash or with debit card, a $100 per stay incidental deposit applies and will be paid at the hotel upon check-in
- Booking note: A facility fee of $4.99 plus tax, per room, per night is included in the prices listed above; the facility fee covers Wi-Fi, and pool and fitness centre access. For Fun Zone admission, a facility fee of CA$15 plus tax, per person will be collected at the box office
- Price based on up to two guests sharing a room; additional guests are an extra $10 plus tax per night

Good value with the restaurant and activities coupons. The only issue, as other reviewers noted was with the misleading advertising for Fun Zone in the Whats Included section. Before booking, I called TravelZoo to verify Fun Zone voucher was indeed a free pass to enter with no extra payment. TravelZoo agent checked and verified this was true. However, after purchasing the package, I noticed in the fine print voucher information, it said "A facility fee of CA$15 plus tax, per person will be collected at the box office". This worked out fine, but the advertising should be updated. The other restaurant vouchers worked out fine for TGIF, IHOP, and Sky, etc, especially given the approx 8 percent Niagara Falls Destination Fee (NFDF).

Initial room assigned to me had a bad odor (human body odor) room smelled like someone was living in room and it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Went back down to front desk and was assigned a room with no odor. New room was very noisy, loud electrical buzzing from fridge or another piece of equipment. Was difficult to sleep through.

It will be good if the washroom had at least 2 grab bar handles even though not an accessible washroom for safety reasons. Sincerely hope the hotel will take this into consideration.

Stay was O.K 2 things that were bothersome,with only 2 sports channels one of them TSN had no signal, also leaving in the morning they were offering parking to outsiders for $10 and we paid $25

The staff at the front desk were unfriendly no smile on their faces so it makes the guest feel very unwelcomed. The cleaners in the morning were making lots of noises slamming the room doors many times to the point they woke me up and I just got up and checked out earlier than I was supposed to.
