What You Need to Know
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. The credit card provided will be pre-authorized 72 hours before check-in for the full stay amount (room and tax), $50 per stay incidental deposit and $25 daily parking fee. If paying with cash or with debit card, a $100 per stay incidental deposit applies and will be paid at the hotel upon check-in
- Booking note: A facility fee of $4.99 plus tax, per room, per night, Municipal Accommodation Tax of $2 plus tax, per room, per night, and 5% DMC are included in the prices listed above; the facility fee covers Wi-Fi, and pool and fitness centre access
- Price based on up to two guests sharing a room; additional guests are an extra $10 plus tax per night
- Children 17 and under stay free of charge when using existing bedding
- Dining Vouchers: Not redeemable for cash, have no cash value, cannot be combined, alcohol and gratuity not included, one voucher per restaurant per stay, valid with purchase of two adult entrées

The hotel was very average. Front desk staff were very helpful, recommending stuff to do around the city and upgrading us to get a fantastic view of the fireworks.

We go to NF every year at this time. Love it. We were surprised about having to move to another location, but it was great! This new hotel was so much better - freshened up rooms, so clean, and the access to the Casino was so easy! Great to get the casino indoors. The coupons for the restos are useless - too expensive even after the discounts, especially for women who don't want huge meals. Try something else, please.

Yeah on our arrival at 5:30 pm we were told that we were being moved to their sister hotel that was attached to the casino. They said they couldn’t get a hold of us cuz they didn’t have any contact information on file. The reason they gave us was that a big party had extended their stay and we were this being moved. We were greeted warmly at other location and when we inquired about a pool & hot tub we were assured that this hotel also had these amenities. After dinner and a walk through the casino we decided to go for a hot tub. We got our bathing suits on and headed down. The one hot tub was closed with a sign indicating repairs and the other had no signage but also wasn’t working. There was no one else there but the pool appeared open. We went up to front desk and the rep there acted all surprised and replied,”it’s not working??? It was working when I was there 4 months ago! I’ll send a repair tech down”. This was an odd response and we were about to go back to the pool though thought we may as well just go upstairs cuz the likelihood of a repair person showing g up was low. The next morning we were checking out and the lady at the desk asked how our stay was. We mentioned our disappointment about the pool and hot tib. She replied with, “oh that’s been closed and you would have been told that. We had a big party who ruined it by putting soap in it, towels, garbage etc. so we had to close it for repairs”. This was not what we were told and we asked about getting cooked our parking fee as a good will gesture for all the inconvenience that this ‘big group’ jade caused for us between the move in hotels and Joe that amenities. She stared by explaining that these are simply amenities and don’t affect the price of what we owe for the hotel stay. We care to differ given that a pool and hot tub are a must when we are selecting which hotel to stay at. She ended up calling her manager and she was gone for about 10-15 mins. When she returned she said she talked to her manager and the clerk who was I. The night before and he said that he had told us that the pool and hot tub were closed ????

Not fare to Wyndham, they moved us to Four points Sheradon. The awful room was at four points.

The hotel moved us to four points by Sheradon because they had an over booking issue. It was supposed to be an up-grade. It was the worst room I have ever stayed in. But we never did stay in the Wyndham garden Niagara so my review is for four points Sheradon. This trip was for our 40th anniversary. I have a few pictures of how dirty the room was, if you want more info I can send them to you.
