Bathrooms were tight and TV could be updated to support streaming services such as Netflix. Hotel staff were all helpful, beds and pillows were comfortable, underground parking was appreciated due to the winter weather and a la carte breakfast was really good. Great value for money. The upgraded room was also much appreciated.
