They advertising as having a gym. They do have a gym, however, all equipment is broken or not safe apart from one treadmill. Their website doesn’t include any note about the gym being sub par or most equipment being broken.

We went to Montreal for a Canadiens game. The hotel was within walking distance to the Bell Centre and was a great place to stay. Through Travelzoo parking and breakfast was included. The parking was underground with easy entrance and exit. The breakfast was a disappointment. Buffet style (no issues with that), the fuel had run out on the “hot” dishes (eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes) so everything was cold and mostly gone. We were a bit late getting to the breakfast but if it’s offered until 10 am it should be fresh and hot until 10 am, in my opinion. Not included with your stay it’s $23. Plus tax, not worth it!!

Under construction. Check in was stressful due to employee saying I didn’t have a reservation and didn’t know anything about travelzoo. Took her 5 calls to get a verification that I booked with travelzoo even though I showed my reservation with number. At checkin they try to rent you an arm for your vehicle so it is not stolen which was worrisome as well.

Completely under construction. Elevators smelly and one was not working properly. Buffet every table was dirty, staff just sat around. Very disappointed that travels you would put this up as a special. I have booked with you before, but will now be very hesitant.

The hotel was a little different than we normally book. Checking in was fairly simple however, the lobby was loud and it was hard to hear the person. She ended up charging us more than what we were quoted and didn’t realize it till the next day. However, the staff the next day was quick to takeoff the difference no problem at all. The room was huge bed comfortable with a little kitchenette. There were a couple of little things like the microwave wouldn’t completely open because it got stuck on the wall and our TV Chromecast did not work to be able to use Netflix or YouTube, etc. However, again the hotel was quick to ask if we wanted another broom or give us a discount off our stay. The breakfast that was included was decent however very cold the force morning and wasn’t well restocked. I had asked the person to warm up the pancakes, which he did but said he couldn’t warm them up anymore and they were still cold. So not sure what is given to staff to help warm these things up. It was mentioned at the desk about breakfast being cold and not restocked. The next morning it was much better. We are usually not picky travellers so these were all just minor things and they were instantly addressed. The parking is a little bit tricky to find and get out into the hotel. We would stay here again as a location was amazing and close to the Bell center, which we attended at Canadiens game. Everything was clean and staff were friendly.
