Enjoyed Most
The hotel was conveniently located close to several public transit bus lines and the Peel Metro station. Very quick walk to St. Catherine street for shopping and strolling. The hotel was nice and clean and the front desk/lobby staff were are super lovely.
Other Comments
We didn't say anything while we were there, but the thermostat did not seem to work in our room, it was quite cold and the heat never seemed to turn on, despite changing the thermostat settings.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The facilities and staff were excellent. The only sad surprise was that there was no espresso available in the hotel.

Perfect location, nice staff, clean washroom, comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast is reasonably priced.

Valet parking is expensive at $55 ($48 for travelzoo members), but self-parking at the same underground garage is only $20 per day ($11 on Saturday)

The room and bathroom was very spacious. Location is okay, close to transit and restaurants.

Only had 1 towel in the bathroom, had to ask twice to get extras. Was told that the bar served food after 11pm. We arrived at 10:50 pm and was told we could still order, waited for quite a while then was told we can't order anything. No swimming pool. Decor was very dated.

Beautiful hotel in a great area. Our room was very spacious and luxurious with a very comfortable bed. An added bonus we hadn’t expected was the comfortable couch for watching TV. This was a really good Travelzoo deal - one of the best I’ve seen. Our $20/day credit encouraged us to visit the attractive lobby bar where we enjoyed an unexpectedly reasonably-priced cocktail, even without the discount. Thanks to Travelzoo and the pleasant, efficient hotel staff for a lovely stay. Everything exceeded our expectations.
