Access with event goin on close by and construction was extremely frustrating. Took half hr to find a way to get into parking. Coffee pot leaked water all over the counter n floor. Shower leaked out onto floor. Otherwise beautiful rooms, clean n comfy. Should have brought bathing suits to take advantage of sauna n hot tub. staff very accommodating to lv car n belongings for day next day so we could shop about easier. Also Frankie's restaurant was very good.

The location was fantastic. The front desk staff were fast and courteous. They had umbrellas & yoga mats in the room.

Odd things that weren’t worth making a fuss over— my bed wasn’t tucked in & the sheets left dangling off the bed/onto the floor; strong cleaning supply smell; noisy refrigerator, scuffed/damaged walls, etc. It wasn’t worth switching rooms but definitely not the experience I was expecting given the marketing materials.
