Other Comments
Only downsides were that the hotel is still under renovation in parts but will eventually be done. Also in the mornings the front lawn was littered with beer cans

Website indicates free parking. Not indicated in Travelzoo as well. There's additional charges which assistant manager indicates is the service fee. Told them it's supposed to be waived. She said need to talk to Travelzoo.

Rooms lovely decorated and comfortable. Nice towels. Spoke with front desk staff Amanjot who listened.

Booked hotel because of pool and location. Upon checkin found out pool was closed with no notification. When arriving into the room safe was not working, tv and blinds not functioning properly Unable to log into wifi and when trying to call front desk realized the phone was not working. Never did get fixed despite the service tech visit. Also had togo down to the front desk a few times to get rekeyed. We were told to enjoy free coffee in the lobby but the machine was not functioning. Staff did go out to get coffee from Tim Hortons. Basically everything was not working properly and never got rectified
