Super pleased with this clean, comfortable room; friendly professional staff and great location for a stay, sleep, park, fly. The shuttle could use a little upgrade and it was very overcrowded, but it got us to where we needed to be. We'd definitely come back.

Very unfriendly front desk staff, on telephone and in person. Required early shuttle during 'on call' times and it was difficult to make arrangements. Ordered meal from Perkins, unpalatable. Served 'Kraft dinner'

The hotel is in a really convenient location and close to the airport. Rooms are clean, conveniently laid out and comfortable. The overall interior of the hotel in the public areas does show some obvious wear and could do with some updating. We stayed the night before our flight and parked our car there until our return. Airport shuttle pickup from the hotel the next morning was quick and on time but the pickup from the airport to return to the hotel was not. We waited almost an hour despite being told that these happen every 30 mins. I would use this hotel again ocassionally for a park sleep and fly though because it was good value for money.

We arrived in the evening having used the reverse parking option, shuttle was on time and the driver was great and quite funny. Check-in was a breeze and the room we awesome, clean, quiet and very comfortable.

It was good. Bed was comfy. Lots of snow on the car when we got back.

The swimming pool area was cold and the pool could have been warmer. There are no change rooms.
They should give you the shuttle return information if you are doing paid parking which was included.
