Overall great experience with the exception of the very noisy heater. Tried all options on the unit to minimize noise every time it turned on, but was unsuccessful. We ended up putting the heat in high for a few hours prior to falling asleep and then unplugged it so we could sleep through the night without noise or it getting too cold.

Overall good. Parking was very busy and tight. Too bad there wasn’t any hotel amenities for children. Room were comfortable. Would love in the larger rooms to have coat hooks at the entry and mirrors in closet.

The PTAC unit is brutally loud, requiring it to be unplugged at night. Hot water took over a minute to come on (might have been room location at end of hall). Check in wasn’t ready at 4pm for whatever reason.

The staff were very pleasant. The hotel was fine, but lacked in the small details, There was no free gift offered on arrival, so we had to ask about it on departure. We were told at reception that to avail of the dining credit, we should ask for our meal to be charged to our room and the adjustment would be made, but when we explained that to the person in the restaurant, she had to go and check that.

Great location in downtown Old Montreal, short walking distance to the Notre Dame Basilica and other attractions. Very clean and comfortable suite room, accommodating receptionist for allowing us early check in.
