I was disappointed that the outlet in the bathroom did not work. Could not plug appliance in. Notified front desk, but was not fixed.

We decided to add on an extra day to our trip and we are so pleased that we did - the staff at this hotel were just so lovely and the room was so comfortable, and with a spectacular skyline view. Highly recommended!

Staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and the room was lovely. A nearly flawless experience, on par with what you would pay at a hotel charging double the price. We would 100% recommend to friends!

TOOR Hotel is a modern, fresh & new hotel in a convenient downtown location. The rooms, although compact, are nicely appointed, immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out to maximize the space. The floor to ceiling windows provide a spacious feel to the room. The bedding and towels are excellent quality for added comfort. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Muse, the on-site lounge/restaurant. We will return and I would recommend this hotel for it's cleanliness and location.
