The hotel was lovely . The beds were most comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We also loved the spa.

The only negative thing is we felt the restaurant prices were too high. There should be a discount for hotel guests. That would be an incentive to eat at the hotel.

Beautifully appointed hotel, wonderful facilities and gorgeous grounds. The room was a good size with a nice view and comfy beds. The mineral pool in the Immersion Spa was relaxing. The food in both restaurants was very good.

It was a very relaxing mini getaway for my husband and me after a very busy couple of months at work. The rooms were clean, comfortable and large - I somehow booked the room without a balcony, so the room was very big :) The food was delicious at Carve and also the Velocity sports lounge. We really enjoyed 9 holes of golf (beautiful course!) and also the spa. The firepit area was a wonderful place to hang out. I can't think of anything I would change. We will be back!

The only negative we had was upon arrival, an infuser was working in the lobby and my wife had an allergic reaction to it. The staff showed concern and removed it right away and it was not turned on for the duration of our stay. The attention to detail, friendliness of the staff, quality of the food and layout of the property made our stay memorable and we definitely will be back.

It feels as if the staff are new and just reading from a training manual. When we got to our room we could hear a dog barking constantly. I went to the front desk to advise and the response was “Floor 2 is not a dog floor, dogs are on Floor 3”. I indicated that the dog must be in a room above/near us. The woman just kept repeating that Floor 2 was not a dog floor. When the dog didn’t stop barking and I called the front desk they eventually checked it out, found the dog was in the room above us and finally moved us to a different floor.

Naturally Pacific Resort was fantastic. Beautiful grounds to walk or sit by. Rooms were excellent. Loved that they had a mini couch and table not just beds. Great amenities such as the pool, sauna, steam room and gym.
