I gave my daughter and her husband a night away for Christmas and they absolutely loved it. The staff were amazing and it was so easy for me to book. The fireplaces in the room are fabulous and make the rooms so cozy. The food at the restaurant is delicious!

The room was way too hot it was 24.5 and no way to adjust it or have a fan on. The bed was super comfortable but i could not sleep due to the room temperature. I pushed the down button on the thermostat until it got to 16 but it didn't make a difference. Unfortunately this kind of ruined it for me

Fantastic on all levels. I stayed here before and absolutely LOVE it!! From the cozy rooms, great amenities, underground parking, wonderful breakfast and great location. Highly recommend!

This was our third stay through travelzoo at Hotel Arts. It’s our favourite place to runaway to when we need a quick get away. Oxbow has a delicious menu with many gluten free options. The Kensington neighbourhood is fun to explore in any season.

Beautiful boutique hotel with great ambience. Rooms were spacious, bed comfortable and the fireplace was a nice added touch. We ate at the Oxbow and were very impressed as well. Would definitely return!
