The staff were amazing, we enjoyed the restaurant very much and all the amenities the hotel had to offer. It is a very relaxing environment with a unique layout.

The location of the room was not to our liking, the screen door to the balcony was broken, the latch on our balcony door did not lock & we were on the ground floor which was concerning, immediately upon entering the room, we noticed an unpleasant smell like dirty feet & the Inn was booked solid so we did not have the option to change rooms. We had to keep the patio door open & window open all night. They offer complimentary coffee & danish. When we went for the breakfast at 9:30 they were completely out of danish & nothing was offer in substitute. They did not have a fire & smores the evening we stayed. When we checked out, we requested our receipt be emailed to me. 24 hrs later I still have not received the receipt. Very, very disappointed

The staff is what makes this hotel. They were so accommodating. The food at the restaurant was exceptional and being by the water is so amazing (of course when the weather is sunny and warm).

Staff were great with rectifying our booking the day of arrival. Due to a plumbing issue in our original room the front desk were able to give us a larger room and increased our dining credit for the trouble.

I thoroughly enjoyed every moment at the Drake from the unique and comfy room to the arty and fun common spaces to the beach resort vibe at the restaurant and outdoor areas. The staff was also super friendly and accomodating. I will definitely be back!

several things in the room didn't work ie toilet would keep running. desk lamp would not shut off. The rooms was small and crowded. Sink in bathroom very slow to drain, Very limited space to put personal item in bathroom because of oversized sink.
