Hotel was clean, friendly service. Add ons by Travelzoo were misleading. Package says wine, beer and distillery tastings for two. We only received the wine tasting at Monastery Cellars and when we got there we were told that the tasting was for one person. Discount at Remingtons can’t be used for the Prix Fixe Menu so be aware of that when you go.

The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The 2 drawbacks were :
1. There was no safe in my room and
2. No full length mirror
The complimentary breakfast was very good.

Breakfast vouchers advertised as 25$ value, however they did not let us order 25$ worth of food from the menu. Instead we were told that our deal only included 2 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, and lousy potatoes that were deep fried and oily and terrible. Couldn't eat the potatoes because they were so oily.

The rooms were dirty and in need of updating. The breakfast was really awful , runny eggs , cold homefries and super expensive for 3 little slices of bacon.
We had come here every year for many years now. This will be the last time we ever come back
