We had a wonderful night away. Staff friendly. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Paid parking was $20. To be expected. It’s Niagara Falls. Casino was across the street. We walked over. Our included breakfast was delightful and delicious. Eggs home fries toast and coffee. Great way to start our day. Rooms could use a fresh up. Looking a bit tired. But didn’t affect our stay. The room was dated, had to maintenance up to weather strip huge gaps in balcony door, there are receptacles w no covers , loose receptacle , lack of outlets for light/fridge/ coffee maker , had to unplug one.
Pillows need upgrades
TV is way too small , 32" maybe , need at least 40"
Toilet flapper stuck , needs repair.
We were in 206, to be fair they said upgrades were in the future.

Parking is treacherous in winter, path from underground to hotel is steep , and no pedestrian walkway.

The heater wasn’t working properly, the room was very cold. We had to ask for a different room which they did give us a different room with proper heater but the TV was much smaller and it was not a smart TV. We stayed in January so it was a lot of snow outside. Neither rooms had any carpet not even a small carpet at the entrance of the room, so the snow melted and the floor was all wet. They did have slippers but for $5 each pair. We got there around 12 noon they said the room was ready but that we had to pay $25 for the early check-in. Since it was very inconvenient for us to had to move rooms we asked if they could do anything at least give the $25 back. The receptionist said that he was going to speak with the manager, but we haven’t head anything.

The staff was super friendly. The tower room was clean a huge compared to other hotels. Location was great, central to all attractions and onsite parking. Bonus that Remington's steak house was right next door. Our package also included 2 wine tastings, free breakfast at the cafe in the hotel and 25% off at Remington's. Overall, we had a great time and I recommend this hotel.

We went for a quick getaway to see the lights. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money this time of year.

The rooms were clean, not a glam hotel, pretty much bare bones but adequate for the price. Location was good and parking easy. We had a Travel zoo, so breakfast was included, which was good. Staff were very friendly. All in all, a good experience here! Merry Christmas!
