We stayed during the off season (Nov 2-6) The resort was beautiful and quiet. The outdoor pool was closed and the restaurant was only open select hours but we were aware of that before hand. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us an early check in and late check out without penalty. Rooms were very clean and well appointed, the kitchen very well stocked, and the bed comfortable. We had a large patio on the ground floor with a bbq and outside table and chairs. Would love to come back in the summer.

Great location right by the lake! There are many places to walk nearby, along with wineries and restaurants. Highly recommend this resort!

I discovered WEST Kelowna which is so pretty and quite where the location is. I appreciated the quietness of the property as I was always able to go into the hot tub. Great size and very clean. (The pull out sofa bed was the ONLY thing that was not comfortable. overall THANKS🌺

Scenery is gorgeous, convenient for shopping and eating with mall close by. But make sure you won’t go out during rush hour to city centre

enjoyed our stay at the resort especially the walk along the lake. would be nice to have a coffee shop or use the lobby lounge space to have breakfast as nothing in the area.

should have filtered water available to fill up water bottles in the lobby areas, water in the room tastes quite clorinated

We live on Vancouver island had to take a ferry to horshoes bay and drive to resort it was about 8:30 pm when we arrived and we discovered the room had no hot water , we really needed a shower as it was a long drive ! The manager the next day upgraded us to a lake view suite and as it was my 60 bday it made our 4 day stay perfect ! Lots of parking couldn’t ask for more , will definitely be back !
