I stayed here about a month ago and that time had a really great person checking us in. This time, the guy didn't know anything (we asked if the restaurant served food and if it was good and he said he didn't know). He also said we couldn't upgrade and told me that I couldn't apply my Hiltons Honor member number which I said, yes I could because last time the lady did and it took $10 off parking

Lovely new room, great linens, very comfortable bed and bathroom with very large walk in shower. Liked the central light controls at door and next to bed. It is on a pretty quiet street vis a vis restaurants but the inhouse mexican restaurant was good.

Would have liked an inroom coffee pot. Sorry, instant coffee doesn't cut it. But nice hotel

Four friends visiting Calgary for a concert. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were large and new with nice tile work. We had cocktails and dinner in Fonda Fora and we all agreed it was one of the best meals we’ve had.

Praise to Albert at the front desk. Full on service from this guy. Room was perfect. We ate at the restaurant twice for dinner and once for breakfast. The food was outstanding. We are planning to make this our new go-to hotel when we visit Calgary.
