Staff were great - location excellent for downtown Toronto - some small things still need to be fixed on rooms - this was condo or apartment building converted to hotel.

Good price and location. The hotel or apartments needed some upgrades. The ventilation system was very noisy. The rooms did not get cleaned and the soap, towels etc did not get replaced. We had to call the front desk 3 times to get more soap! The garbage was not emptied. The staff need to explain this when you arrive. They also need to let you know you need to use your room key for the elavator

It feels like an apartment building. The rooms were spacious. TVs were pretty dated and the room was clean enough for me but my wife was not impressed. I would say it’s perfect for an affordable night away. The parking garage under the building is a nice bonus and the location is perfect.

Very clean. Comfy bed. Most rooms have a full kitchen with large fridge, stove and microwave. Large rooms, 500-900sq ft Location to Sunnybrook Hospital a 7 minute walk. Good pub, Bishop & Belcher a 5 minute walk, excellent. The hotel used to have pastries and coffee breakfast, more of a grab and go but they don't now, pity.

We had a large king size suite with a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the suite was huge. The location is excellent, just off Bloor so very convenient for the subway (5 minute walk). There is a great breakfast spot nearby called the Sunset Grill. We felt very safe in the area.
Other Comments
The staff were tremendous, very friendly and helpful. I had cut my finger and it was bleeding quite badly. One gentleman quickly rushed off to get me a couple of bandaids. They were also happy to hold our luggage for the day after we checked out so that we could maximize our team in Toronto.
