I would not be able to afford this if not 4 lucking in through Travelzoo. Great location, great accommodation. Clean, no Bed bugs! A kitchen -better than home! Keurig coffee machine, full size fridge. Comfortable king bed, two large wall TVs. Marble walk in shower, The included continental breakfast had wonderful croissants, many coffee options (yum!), fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Staff were so nice.

Everything was so lovely, that I could overlook the rough wall surfaces of the bathroom -easy fix.
The baseboards needed replacing. Otherwise, a pleasure to have stayed.

This was a very good deal from Travelzoo. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the subway. The kitchen facilities enhanced our stay. The underground parking was convenient. We would stay here again.

Nice apartment style rooms, great kitchen area. lovely view. too bad balconies are closed. Good area for restaurants, easy access to downtown.

More options for breakfast. Better coffee service / drink options . Parents should be supervising their children in the breakfast area.

We stayed just one night, journeying to Toronto for a Messiah performance. Our room was terrific, a large suite. The building would appear to have been an apartment building, though now renovated for a hotel. The bathroom was a bit sad. The rest of the unit first class. Location is not great. There is no subway station nearby and no bars and restaurants. On that score, however, we heartily recommend the Artful Dodger on Isabella, near Yonge, just a few minutes walk away.

Stayed here before pandemic. much improvement since our previous stays. Breakfast buffet in better location. Our room had been renovated.

The staff were exceptional. Everyone took the time to explain things we asked about. Personally went out of their way to help us.

Staff was available, professional and helpful. Room was a nice size. I think it was due for a deep clean, but I notice dirt in and under things! The included breakfast was pretty good, maybe get a second coffee machine as there was a lineup. Last suggestion- upgrade the toilet paper. It was really budget for a nice hotel!
