The lobby, room and the general public areas of the hotel were nice. The room was huge. Nice kitchen and living area. However, there was an awful smell in the main living area that came in to the bedroom. We had to open the windows to try and air out the room. This mainly worked but it still lingered on, just weakened.

Staff were great - location excellent for downtown Toronto - some small things still need to be fixed on rooms - this was condo or apartment building converted to hotel.

Good price and location. The hotel or apartments needed some upgrades. The ventilation system was very noisy. The rooms did not get cleaned and the soap, towels etc did not get replaced. We had to call the front desk 3 times to get more soap! The garbage was not emptied. The staff need to explain this when you arrive. They also need to let you know you need to use your room key for the elavator

It feels like an apartment building. The rooms were spacious. TVs were pretty dated and the room was clean enough for me but my wife was not impressed. I would say it’s perfect for an affordable night away. The parking garage under the building is a nice bonus and the location is perfect.
