We had a large king size suite with a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the suite was huge. The location is excellent, just off Bloor so very convenient for the subway (5 minute walk). There is a great breakfast spot nearby called the Sunset Grill. We felt very safe in the area.
Other Comments
The staff were tremendous, very friendly and helpful. I had cut my finger and it was bleeding quite badly. One gentleman quickly rushed off to get me a couple of bandaids. They were also happy to hold our luggage for the day after we checked out so that we could maximize our team in Toronto.

Can't beat the value. Hands down. Walking distance to ask attractions, one block from the subway. Huge apartment, comfy bed, clean, full kitchen. Super friendly staff, parking included. Awesome. The fit and finish of the decor is a little rough, paint splatter, weak shower pressure and wiggly kitchen sink. Set your expectations appropriately and you'll be thrilled.

There were several places where there were repairs, but done poorly. Mattress felt cheap (although we slept well). Bedroom was small...only about 2 ft between foot of bed and the wall.

Room was clean except for hair in the bathroom sink drain, spacious rooms, great location, although noisy in the morning, particularly as the windows didn’t close properly and there was lots of construction next door.
This appears to be an older apt building converted into a hotel.
Staff was efficient and friendly.
Great value on Travelzoo for this location and size of unit.
Nice to have a full kitchen as well.

This is our second time staying at Town Suites in about two weeks. Sanya, at the Front Desk, remembered me from our first visit, which was a nice surprise. All the staff are kind, extremely polite and welcoming. The deal provided excellent value. The rooms are very clean and updated, but do show signs of wear (caulking, paint chips). The kitchenettes are helpful if don't want to constantly go out for meals. The location is great with quick access to the subway, shopping, restaurants and attractions.
For guests who comment on the noise, specifically sirens, it's typical downtown city noise. It's Toronto; the largest city in Canada and the there are five hospitals in the core.
The parking is a bit tight, but was included in the price, so an welcome bonus.
