Our waitress was very nice, friendly, efficient and helpful. She was smiling and seemed to really enjoy her work. The breakfast was delicious. We are looking forward to going back soon!

Although we couldn’t book the room we wanted we enjoyed the view of the harbour and watching the boats.
I was pleased they left me a nice ice bucket (as requested)for my champagne as it was a celebration night. A walk early evening on the main street decorated for Christmas was fun. Breakfast was amazing with full service and menu😃

Everything is great. The staff is super friendly. The view is excellent and the location is convenient. The only thing not ideal was the bathtub drain, which was very slow. When I talked to the reception, they were super apologetic. So I am good.

Loved the ease of access for my friend with special needs. Staff were so helpful and accomodating. Beds were so comfortable and room clean. Conveniently located we were able to walk and her to use her scooter to dinner and to shop. Lovely scenery on the water.

Lots of great things about this small hotel! We experienced truly fabulous customer service even before we checked in with text messaging requesting needed personal details the day before, an option to check in early for $10 if required & if available on check in day, a text message providing login code and WiFi password (which arrived before our 3pm check in time), as well as details about the hotel restaurant via text, etc, etc. Very personal touches through an automated assistant are very well thought out and delivered conveniently via text or email as preferred. A standard routine for this hotel but tremendously convenient so much so that I can't help but wonder why this is not universally done! Kudos to the Picton Harbour Inn!
Travelzoo offered us a fabulous deal with the included breakfast. The Lighthouse restaurant is very popular with locals so you know right there that the food is good and also reasonably priced. I honestly don't recall ever seeing coffee priced at $1.50! Staff told us we could have anything on the menu when they saw our Travelzoo voucher. Our trip was literally stress free! Our room was comfortable and was quiet despite the hotel having many guests. We could see that fishing for Walleye is clearly a popular sport as we would see 1 to 5 boats (quietly) going out/coming back each of the 3 days that we stayed. We loved our harbour water view and watching the ducks and birds was truly very relaxing!!!
So much to do and see in the area even though we visited in November. Make sure that you plan to go when Prince Edward County (PEC) Countylicious (Oct/Nov) is on so that you can experience the opportunities of fine dining with fixed price menus at the local restaurants.

We had an issue with our shower/bath becoming clogged. Staff were responsive and dealt with this promptly so this was not an issue for us.
We found that the staff at the reception, the restaurant and room cleaning - all did a great job. Really personalized service so kudos to everyone!
Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We actually reminisced about how similar the vibe was to our trip to Nova Scotia with everyone being so laid back and friendly! We had a great experience at this hotel!

It was a pleasant stay and the hotel room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast which was complimentary with my stay was good with friendly staff. There are a couple of things I would say is that they should have a larger front mat, since in winter it is needed when coming out of the cold, wind and snow. Also some body cream in the bathroom would be nice. It is also great that they have a fridge and microwave in the room.
