About the trip

Day 1 – Your cruise departs Brisbane today onboard Voyager of the Seas as you settle in for six relaxing days at sea. During this time, you'll cross the International Date Line as you travel towards the capital of French Polynesia.

Day 2-7 – Cruising

Day 8 – Your first stop is Tahiti, the largest island in French Polynesia, and home to the vibrant capital city of Papeete. Formed by the eruption of two volcanoes, the island boasts immense natural beauty. Relax on one of the palm-fringed beaches, buy a few local trinkets at the city-centre Municipal Market, or visit The Robert Wan Pearl Museum (the world's only museum dedicated to pearls).

Day 9 – Today you'll island-hop across to the paradise island of Moorea, known for its dense rainforests, jagged volcanic mountains, and blissful beaches. Take in the local culture with an excursion to Tiki Village to watch a traditional Polynesian dance, head to Opunohu Bay for a memorable snorkelling trip, or enjoy the jaw-dropping views of Cook's Bay and Mount Tohivea with a hike up to Belvedere Lookout. At the end of the day, you'll jump back on the ship for five leisurely days at sea.

Day 10-14 – Cruising

Day 15-16 – The Hawaiian leg of your cruise kicks off with a visit to the sunny capital, Honolulu, on the island of Oahu. You'll spend the night on board, giving you extra time to explore your spectacular surrounds. From picture-perfect beaches to a rich and complex history, there's something here to satisfy every type of traveller. History enthusiasts should visit Pearl Harbour or the impressive Iolani Palace, while lovers of the outdoors will be spoilt for choice with the many activities on offer, including canoeing and kayaking, snorkelling, swimming and surfing. The well-known crescent-shaped beachfront of Waikiki attracts many visitors with its fashion stores, hula shows, restaurants and cocktail bars.

Day 17 – Today you'll cruise into the port of Nawiliwili, the gateway to the island of Kauai, nicknamed "The Garden Isle". There is plenty of ground to cover on the island, from the beautiful beaches and magnificent hikes along the coastal Kalalau Trail, to the tropical forest zip-lines, and world-class museums. The dramatic cliffs and towering mountains of Na Pali Coast have even featured in major Hollywood films and TV shows.

Day 18 – Next you'll visit the pretty town of Kailua-Kona on the west coast of Hawaii Island. Go on a tour of Hulihe‘e Palace, a former holiday home for Hawaiian royalty, to learn about Hawaiian history. You can also explore its natural wonders, including the island's many unique waterfalls and volcanoes—from the harbour you can spot one of Hawaii's three active volcanoes, Hualalai, making for an interesting photo opportunity during your trip.

Day 19 – On the other side of Hawaii island, you'll spend the day in the laid-back town of Hilo. Visit the Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden, take a hike through the Volcano National Park, see the lava-covered town of Kalapana, or head to Wailuku River State Park to snap a photo of the famous Rainbow Falls.
