The Small Print

This voucher is valid for two people and must be used in one visit. Each person is entitled to the 4-course tasting menu and a glass of champagne each. Valid Sunday-Friday, until 30 June. Excludes bank holidays. Subject to availability. Reservations are required. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts for others. Maximum of two vouchers / eight people per table. Any additional items ordered will be charged at their usual value. Menu items are subject to change. No cash value or cash back. Gratuity is not included.

The Deal

For the equivalent of just £29.50 each, two people can savour a 4-course tasting menu at the 2-AA-Rosette Mulberry Restaurant in Horley, which was newly refurbished in January. This gourmet experience, which starts with a glass of champagne each, would usually cost up to £121.90.

The award-winning restaurant "does very good seasonal food", according to the The Daily Telegraph and the menu changes regularly to reflect the finest ingredients available.

Here's an example of what's on the current tasting menu:
-Jerusalem artichoke soup with roast cep
-A 64-degree hen's egg with celeriac, chestnut and hay
-Butternut squash tarte tatin with mango and chilli salsa
-Seville orange and chocolate with pumpkin ice cream

We have also negotiated for four people to experience this fine-dining package for £109 -- that’s the equivalent of £27.25 per head. Both deals are available Sunday-Friday until the end of June.

Mulberry Restaurant is set within the 4-star boutique Langshott Manor hotel. A reviewer for Thisissurreytoday.co.uk described the restaurant as "one of Surrey's hidden gems".
