Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas . Staff could not have been better , from reception who took us around the hotel to show us where everything was , to the wait staff at dinner & breakfast , all were outstanding . Food was delicious . Rooms are not super luxurious but are comfortable, clean & nice bathrooms . I would recommend this hotel and would return

Lovely location. Great staff. Great food. Reasonable prices. On site EV charging which was a bonus. Spa experience was lovely.

It’s a great hotel with fabulous views over the Eden Vale. Spa thermal journey was relaxing. Staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a really nice place most of the staff were nice and helpful. The spa was amazing. The room was average as we paid for an upgrade didn’t feel like one with a few spiders running around.

Lovely hotel. Staff very welcoming. Food was excellent. We really enjoyed our thermal experience in their beautiful spa...the Lakeland distillery tour was fabulous. We will revisit.
