Advance booking is required. Valid for one person for a 1-hour Owl Handling Experience at Talon Falconry Birds of Prey Centre. Valid seven days a week, subject to availability. Valid until 1 September. Must be used in one visit. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. There is no limit to the number of vouchers that can be purchased per person as gifts. Cannot be combined with any other offer. No cash value or cash back.

The Deal

Get up close to some of nature's most majestic creatures with this hour-long Owl-Handling Experience in Ripon for £25 per person -- a discount of 55% -- or bring a friend along and pay £20 each.

Get a lesson from the experts at Talon Falconry Birds of Prey Centre on how to handle and fly an owl, then take a walk round the site's scenic location with the bird on your arm.

Talon Falconry is home to several species of owl, like Eroll the Bengal eagle owl, Ollie the barn owl and tawny owl Sweep, as well as other birds of prey including hawks, eagles and falcons.

Photos are permitted, so make sure you bring along a camera to capture your owl experience on film.

The centre, which is located in the North Yorkshire countryside next to the Lightwater Valley Theme Park, is 15 minutes from the A1 motorway and offers free parking to visitors.

Sessions take place on a daily basis until 1 September. Talon Falconry is open 11am-3pm until 31 March then 10am-5pm from April-September.
