This voucher is valid for overnight accommodation for two adults in a Standard Room, full Welsh breakfast and a 3-course set menu dinner (worth £32.95 per person). Valid for stays seven days a week until 31 July. Not available on 10-11, 14 February; 3-4 March; 14, 23-26, 28 July. Bank holiday stays on 6-9 April; 7 May and 4-5 June are available for a supplement of £30, payable directly to the hotel. Extra nights are £49 on a bed-and-breakfast basis. Subject to availability. The Deal

Head chef Grant Williams has trained all over the world and was recently selected to appear on ITV's "Britain's Best Dish" programme, where he went on to win his heat. He has also cooked for Prince Charles at Lampeter in Carmarthen. As well holding an AA-Rosette, the restaurant is also listed in the Good Food Guide 2012.

With cosy nooks, crannies and roaring log fires, this 16th-century hotel is brimming with character and overlooks north Wales' Hidden Valley and the Berwyn Mountains.
