Usually £148, this day out for two people includes:
- A 25-minute Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage OR a Bannatyne Pick Me Up Facial
- A 15-minute scalp massage
- Unlimited use of the facilities for the day including fitness classes (subject to availability)

This offer is valid Monday-Thursday until 31 July at more than 30 locations nationwide. Alternatively, it's only £6 extra to go between Friday and Sunday.
