The vineyards for this prestigious cava house are situated in the Catalonia region, one of the highest quality areas. This cava is only produced in exceptional vintages and makes an ideal aperitif wine. It also goes well with white fish.

Rioja Santiago Reserva 2003 DO Rioja -- Reg £13.99

Marques de Monistrol Chardonnay 2006 -- Reg £12.99
This wine is produced at the Monistrol winery, the site of an ancient monastery dating back to the Middle Ages. Matured in new French oak barrels to add softness and a vanilla sweetness, it is perfect as an aperitif or with fish.
