The following menu has been exclusively crafted for Travelzoo subscribers and includes:

- Yorkshire blue cheese mousse with flat bread and cucumber
- Leeds asparagus gazpacho served with free-range chicken breast and creamy potato salad
- Prawns with lime and chilli mayonnaise and mango salsa
- Earl Grey and apple sorbet
- Tenderloin of Otley Saddleback pork in a rhubarb purée served with Whitby scallops and black pudding
- Slow-cooked braised buffalo cheek with root vegetables, lobster bisque and monkfish tail
