The Small Print

This offer is for two people and must be used in one visit. Valid seven days a week until 17 May, 2012, subject to availability. Excludes 25, 26 and 31 December, and 1 January. The Deal

Treat yourself to afternoon tea for two in a cosy country pub for a total of just £15. This fantastic deal comes from the White Horse Hotel, a pretty Georgian inn on the outskirts of Hertford.

Worth £36.90, this yummy experience is available seven days a week for the next six months and includes:

- Glass of prosecco each
- Two homemade scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam
- Variety of finger sandwiches
- Selection of flapjacks, shortbread and cream cakes
- Freshly brewed tea or coffee for two

The White Horse is a small local hotel with a pretty Georgian facade and an oak-beamed interior dating back 400 years. If the weather is warm enough (your voucher is valid until May next year), you could eat outside in the sunny garden or, on colder autumn and winter days, in the recently refurbished dining room. Afternoon tea is served between 2pm and 5pm daily.

The little village of Hertingfordbury retains its rural feel but is easily reached from the A414 and is only a 10-minute drive from the centre of Hertford.
