The Cake Caddy, specialists in handcrafted celebration cakes and cupcakes for all occassions, is a family-run business based in Matlock, Derbyshire. Your class will take place in a beautiful Victorian period property, which is also home to Cafe Central.

In three hours, an expert baker will guide through a range of techniques including piping, sugar roses, and how to use moulds.

All materials and ingredients are provided, as well as refreshments of tea, coffee and cakes. At the end of the day, you will be able to take home a gift box of six cupcakes of your own design.

Classes of up to 18 people run daily, with some evening classes available.
