The Deal

When Cheshire Life’s reviewer visited The Lord Binning Pub & Kitchen he described it as a “treat from start to finish.” For £20, Travelzoo subscribers can enjoy a bottle of wine and two signature sharing platters at this Kelsall venue, which opened in August 2011.

Usually £41.85, this package for two people includes either a bottle of Green Fish Verdejo (white wine), or a bottle of Poco a Poco Tempranillo (red wine), plus two of the following Lord Binning signature platters -- known as 'planks':

The Binning -- with one locally sourced pork pie, pork sausage and apple, roast ham, terrine and artisan bread
The Cheshire -- with Heler's Cheshire cheese, roast ham, a herb crumpet with melted Delamere goats' cheese, pâté, chutney and artisan bread
The Coastal -- with potted shrimps, locally sourced smoked salmon, pepper mackerel, cod fishcake, salmon, herb mayonnaise and artisan bread
The Sunny -- with soft-roasted red peppers, house-marinated olives, seared halloumi with sweet chilli sauce, a warm garlic mushroom salad and butternut squash and brie pasta

The Lord Binning Pub & Kitchen is co-owned by celebrity chef David Mooney, who starred in the BBC’s "Hairy Bikers' Food Tour of Britain" and has clocked up more than 200 appearances on ITV’s "Granada Reports" as the show’s resident chef.

This voucher can be used Monday-Thursday, from 12pm-3pm and 5:30pm-9:30pm, for the next six months. The Lord Binning Pub & Kitchen is located in Kelsall, which is a 20-minute drive from Chester and less than an hour by car from Liverpool and Manchester.
