Previous winner of Channel 4's "Ramsay's Best Restaurant", Casamia is run by the youngest Michelin-starred chefs in the country, siblings Jonray and Peter Sanchez-Iglesias, who have been described as "geniuses" by Gordon Ramsay.
For £37.50 each, enjoy an exquisite 5-course dinner and a glass of champagne at Bristol's only Michelin-starred restaurant. This gourmet experience for two would normally cost £127.
The new Spring Five menu launches today (20 March), and will feature a variety of mouth-watering dishes created from the finest seasonal produce available. Here's what to expect:
- Spring appetisers including broad bean tartlets and new potatoes with caviar
- Parsley spelt risotto
- John Dory with spring greens, almonds and champagne
- Roast lamb with onion, garlic and mint sauce
- Rhubarb crumble and custard ice cream
- Petits fours and coffees
The ever-changing menu is part of an innovative concept called Seasons Casamia. Before each new season, the interior design of the restaurant changes from artwork to plants, as well as the ingredients used -- to provide a truly unique experience. For spring, visuals of in-bloom flowers including bluebells, as well as forest birds, will theme the restaurant.
Casamia was opened in 1999 by Jonray and Peter's parents, Paco and Susan, but after successfully running their own restaurant in Cheltenham, the brothers took over in late 2006. The inspiring duo then became the youngest Michelin-starred chefs in the country in 2009.
Casamia is in Westbury-on-Trym, a 15-minute drive from Bristol's city centre.
This voucher is valid from 7pm-9pm Tuesday-Thursday, and from 12:30pm-1:45pm Saturday, until 28 June.
