Available seven days a week for the next six months, the offer includes your choice of 1-hour massage from the following:

Spa Tara massage:
Begins with a total body exfoliation using your choice of scrub (energising, anti-aging green tea, nourishing, relaxing or skin soothing), followed by a full body massage designed to leave you relaxed and your skin smooth

Aromatherapy massage:
Choose one of Spa Tara's exclusive blends of pure essential oils to have incorporated into your full body massage

Traditional Thai massage:
Your therapist will use their palms, elbows and thumbs to gently knead and stretch the muscles and release the tension from your body's pressure points

Thai herbal compress massage:
A muslin ball containing a rich mix of Thai herbs is warmed and infused in steam, then applied using soothing strokes to massage the body. This treatment is particularly suited for relieving muscle aches and pain, stimulating circulation and refreshing the skin

Following your massage, you can lie back with 25 minutes of hydrotherapy, as 40 powerful therapeutic underwater jets release any lingering tension from your body.
