The Small Print

Excludes 25 December, 26 December and 14 February. Reservations are required. Multiple vouchers may be purchased per person or as gifts. The Deal

Feast on a three-course dinner for two, plus a prosecco cocktail each, for £39, at the beautifully restored stately home, Stanmer House, set in the heart of the Sussex countryside.

This Brighton establishment has been used as a venue for weddings and events since 2006, but it has now opened the doors to its fully operational restaurant for the first time.

The dinner for two, which normally costs £79.90, includes:
- A prosecco cocktail each
- Any two starters, like goats' cheese on toasted brioche with red onion marmalade; cardamom-poached pear and watercress salad; or crispy duck spring roll, pickled white radish and hoi sin sauce
- Any main course, like belly of Sussex pork, butter fondant potato, Bramley apple sauce and Sussex cider gravy; slow-cooked shoulder of lamb topped with honey and herb crumble, butter fondant potato, fresh vegetable selection with port wine and redcurrant sauce; or poached salmon, lemon and parsley fishcakes, vine tomato and spring onion salad with sweet potato fries
- Any dessert, like sticky figgy pudding with butterscotch sauce; dark chocolate truffle sandwich with vanilla panna cotta and raspberry sauce; or burnt Cambridge cream with fresh rhubarb and homemade shortbreads

And if you would like to dine in a group, we've negotiated a deal for £75 which includes a 3-course dinner and prosecco cocktail each for four people.

Set in 460 acres of parkland, the Grade I-listed manor house is a 10-minute drive from Brighton city centre.

The restaurant, which changes its menu daily, is open seven days a week.
