I came with my good friend Laura who’s booked there before. We had a great time there relaxing by the pool and getting a well needed massage. Sadie was GREAT one of the best massages I ever have had.

The spa is tucked back into a high level motor lodge complex. The staff were super friendly and the treatments. My husband and I received were excellent. The facial products were also excellent. This is more of a treatment spa experience versus a day spa experience. The steam room was under Repair and the pools are not connected to the spa, but are part of the hotel complex. The spa had a very large, indoor outdoor relaxation space however. Both the massage and the facial technicians were excellent.

Maria, the massage therapist, was excellent. She's both knowledgeable and skilled. The pools were relaxing, and it was a great overall experience. I am looking forward to going back.

The massage therapist was terrible. She did not ask if I had any injuries, concerns, areas to focus on, areas to avoid, etc. Right off the bat, she mentioned the Travelzoo voucher and said it was a "light massage." The voucher indicated I would get a "signature massage" which indicates light to medium pressure, designed to fit each guest's needs, according to the MoonAcre website. That did not occur. The voucher also indicated that we would receive a Rejuvenating LED Light Therapy enhancement, which we were not offered and did not receive I spoke with the manager after my session and gave her the feedback. She indicated that she would reach out and follow up, however it has been over a week and I have not heard from anyone at the spa. It was a very disappointing experience.
