Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 7 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 7 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Hotel cancellation & rescheduling policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, and must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Additional adults can stay for $20 per night. Children 18 and under stay free of charge. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests in a king room; and 4 guests in a two-queen room.

Additional hotel-specific charges:  Parking is an additional $15 plus tax, per day. Nightly taxes are not included and will be paid at the resort:
  • Resort Casita: $18.11 weekdays; $23.81 weekends
  • Poolside Casita: $20.39 weekdays; $24.95 weekends

The hotel was very nice although not many activities in the town of La Quinta. The weather, however, put a damper on our stay..... temperatures of 107-110 F. We did little except stay in our room by day, out for meals at night.

Very comfortable Casita with green space out front. Staff were extremely accommodating at check in when I asked for a different location than the one originally assigned. Food so far has been delicious, and service exceptional, but the alcoholic beverages are on the pricey side thought here are plenty of delicious options.

Absolutely amazing and beautiful resort - exactly what I was looking for: luxurious traditional old Spanish resort filled with lush foliage and peace and quiet for rest and rejuvenation. I love my starlight casita with private patio and the 42 pool options. It’s amazing!

All I can say, everything was perfect. Beautiful surrounding and very lovely casitas. Our room was lovely, super clean and well maintenance. Many many pool to choose from. The pools was also very clean and well taking care of. Also, 3 restaurants on site, and we love them all. We enjoyed 5 relaxing, wonderful days in this resort. And we will back for more.

Beautiful property. Housekeeping service was lacking consistency and they didn't have enough staff at check out time and we had to wait 30 minutes. Also, the air conditioning went out in our building and we had to move which was very inconvenient. Temperatures averaged 102 while we were there, so air conditioning was required.
