Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 7 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 7 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

The resort was fantastic. We thought they did a great job keeping everything going despite the fact that it wasn’t a busy time — pools still open, services available. What a stunning location despite the fact that it was 117! We sampled 8 pools out of 42!

We have been coming to Palm Desert area for many years and La Quinta Resort has always been very special place. We have many memories visiting the resort with our two boys hopping from pool to pool having a blast. We love the architecture of the resort and the atmosphere is so magical. We hope to visit the resort many more years to come.

We returned to the resort because we previously liked it and we were again very happy with it and plan to return. The grounds are kept immaculate and this gives the resort a great atmosphere in addition to rare and welcome amenities like the bocci ball court and the oversized outdoor chess board. The adult pool is A+.

One easy minor inexpensive improvement could be made. La Quinta is dusty, so the outdoor chairs get so dirty that they cannot be used. If I had a small bucket and carwash sponge, I could quickly clean them, plus rinse off the patio floor so that we don' track dirt into the room. As a bonus, the wash water would go into the patio plants just off the patio, so the small amount of water would not get wasted.

The entire experience was wonderful. The only issue is there was only one coffee shop/grab and go kinda of place. There was always LONG lines in the morning. The only other place to get coffee was if you actually had breakfast at an on site restaurant. The whole morning experience was very inconvenient.

This is such a beautiful property and it is vast. As soon as we stepped on site, we knew we wanted to book this trip again. It's hot, but all the pools are beautiful. The landscapes are beautifully maintained the food at the restaurants has been fantastic. The service is impeccable. It's definitely a do over.

The hotel was very nice although not many activities in the town of La Quinta. The weather, however, put a damper on our stay..... temperatures of 107-110 F. We did little except stay in our room by day, out for meals at night.

Very comfortable Casita with green space out front. Staff were extremely accommodating at check in when I asked for a different location than the one originally assigned. Food so far has been delicious, and service exceptional, but the alcoholic beverages are on the pricey side thought here are plenty of delicious options.

All I can say, everything was perfect. Beautiful surrounding and very lovely casitas. Our room was lovely, super clean and well maintenance. Many many pool to choose from. The pools was also very clean and well taking care of. Also, 3 restaurants on site, and we love them all. We enjoyed 5 relaxing, wonderful days in this resort. And we will back for more.

Beautiful property. Housekeeping service was lacking consistency and they didn't have enough staff at check out time and we had to wait 30 minutes. Also, the air conditioning went out in our building and we had to move which was very inconvenient. Temperatures averaged 102 while we were there, so air conditioning was required.

Loved the price we paid Travelzoo on this one!! The casita we had was top notch; resort was clean, quiet. Private, helpful staff and beautiful grounds. Conveniently located minutes away from the little town of La Quinta; and many other sights like Palm Springs tram & the Living Desert zoo. Excellent service; follow up by representatives of the resort and ample pools and tho gs to do on the premises

We love the solitude of the La Quinta Resort's location. The number of pools is astounding. It makes it easy to find one that isn't in use so you have ample space. We always have dinner at Adobe the day of our arrival, and it never disappoints. We also love how many picture-taking opportunities there are at the resort. Such beautiful surroundings.

We had to ask to move rooms after being on site for 16 hours. We were in a poolside villa surrounded by families with children who were all there together. They had taken over the pool area, as if it was their own personal backyard, and let their children scream nonstop. There were also A LOT of unsupervised children during our visit, many of them riding scooters all around the entire resort with not an adult in sight. The staff was accommodating, and did upgrade us to a spa villa for free, which was nice (albeit, certain parts of the villa hadn't been upkept or renovated in quite some time like the curtains and the bathroom fixtures). We also found that we had been double charged for upgraded internet access, something we are going to have to contact the hotel to resolve. They could use a couple additional employees working at The Marketplace in the mornings. It's always crowded and the line is crazy long. I decided the next time we visit, we will go when school is in so there are fewer children on property, as that was the main issue, and obviously not the resort's fault.

Made our forty fifth anniversary, incredibly special. Our servers in morgan's restaurant or excellent. The resort should get ten stars for how special they made us feel.. We are looking forward to our next visit.

While the hotel is old and showing some aging signs, the property is beautiful, immaculate and kept very clean. The rooms are large and generous and well stocked and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Service was top notch and the many semi private swimming pools were lovely and hardly used.

We liked the resort, but we were really upset that we were not able to get MSNOW. We felt like we were in a news desert. They carried CNN which is really going downhill. I really think that MSNOW (formerly MSNBC) should be added. We watch it every night and really missed it at the resort!!!!!!!!!

La Quinta embodies laid back elegance. We’ve always loved coming here for special getaways, and this time brought our 3 kids. It is perfect for those with kids who don’t want the chaos of water slides and lazy rivers. Spacious grounds and with so many pools it never feels crowded. On property food is wonderful, but also so many good choices 5 minutes away and nice to have options on busy holiday weekends. We will always book a deal at La Quinta!
