Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: A 24-hour rescheduling policy applies. Rescheduling requests must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time to be eligible for rescheduling with no additional fees. No requests will be honored within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately to reserve; valid Nov. 29–Jan. 1, 2026 (cruise times before 5 p.m. or after 8:30 p.m.), with no supplemental charge. For departures between 5–8:30 p.m., a supplemental charge of $7 per person will apply at the time of booking. Online reservations required; subject to availability. Do not provide your PIN number before arriving. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Valid for 1 or 2 people. Must be ages 13 and up for an adult ticket and ages 3–12 for a child ticket. Subject to weather conditions. Not valid on products. Must be of legal age to consume alcohol.
