Spa itself was underwhelming and not the standards I would expect from the Ritz. Very limited amenities, steam room next to the toilets. No Sauna. Only 2 small waiting rooms to “lounge” in. The pool area undesirable, not updated chairs and cushions. The staff was not friendly. One in particular seemed very disinterested. The women’s locker room was dirty, unkept, outdated, hardware loose falling off wall in showers.

Went to celebrate a friends birthday. The treatment was great and the special price even better. We stayed the entire day used the steam room, had lunch at the pool then jacuzzi. Was well worth it!

It was a beautiful way to spend a day! The facilities were very nice, I LOVED that we had access to the pool and jacuzzi after our massages! My masseuse was not the greatest I have ever had but the other girls that were with me said that theirs were great. It is a gamble really when you don’t know the masseuse, but the travelzoo price was good and the location of the spa was amazing and it was very very relaxing!
