Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 7 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults and 1 child in a King room; 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children in a Two Queen room. Rollaway beds are approx. $50 per night (based on availability). Children 17 and under stay free when using existing bedding.
