Our arrival at RiseNY was just as the Travelzoo voucher stated. We were given VIP passes and moved to the front of the line for all three events. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the 3D simulator ride was a favorite stop on our trip which included The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade!

kool experience. my family liked it, however, purchasing thru travelzoo does NOT give you the VIP upgrade, you only get the regular admission status. i brought it up to the staff after seeing VIP lanyards on other people. thats when i realized we werent getting the upgraded experience. when i asked about it and showed them the wording on travelzoo i was told travelzoo tix purchases are not VIP.

The exhibits with multi-faceted views (history, building and engineering, and entertainment ) were very well presented, and the immersive tour at the end was almost breathtaking.

We had the VIP upgrade and the person at the ticket counter did not give us VIP lanyards therefore we were not treated as VIP. They had very little familiarity with travel zoo tickets.

The film quality was not clear and it was a bit dim, dull and a bit grainy. I have previously visited a similar attraction which was Flyover Chicago and it was so amazing that I was expecting the same, but I was sadly disappointed.
