Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is non-refundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately. Appointments required; subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to secure a spa reservation. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Call to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Taxes and 18% auto-gratuity are not included, payable onsite. Spa treatments are available for guests ages 16 and over. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotions.

the sound of the subway trains underneath is a bit disruptive. The checkout service takes too long. My friend had a pedicure and she felt it was overpriced but lover her facial. My massage was one of the best that I have had

The staff was very friendly and professional, Elvira was very attentive and helpful . The RMT Swiss message by Eun was amazing , felt relaxed and tension free! The ladies at the Spa greeting counter were also very accommodating. A+ experience , highly recommend.
