Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Additional adults can stay for $30. Children 8 and under stay free of charge. Maximum occupancy is four.

Additional hotel-specific charges: 5% GST, 9.975% QST and 3.5% tourist tax is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. After making a reservation, the hotel will email a link to a payment portal where you can prepay the tax, totalling $91.46 per two-night stay. Parking is complimentary.

Ours was a long road trip. When we arrived we had no problem accessing our Dome a bit early. The shock you feel when you first walk in is surreal. A blend of modern and Nature. The layout is for easy access to everything and comfort. The view is breathtaking. If we lived closer, we would love to visit at least once every season. Will definitely return.

The location was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for in terms of proximity to hiking trails and other fun outdoor activities. It was beautiful and quiet, with many of the creature comforts you don’t usually find when “communing with nature”. Baie-Saint-Paul is just a hop, skip, and jump away, so you can grab anything you need in town.

I did think it would be a little more remote (there were rather large houses very close by), but it didn’t detract from the feeling of being in the wilderness while glamping. The dome is very spacious. It’s much bigger than I expected, and the only challenge we had was food prep/storage. You really do need a cooler if you want to be self-sufficient while you are there. Also, be mindful of what you cook in the tiny kitchen, as the smells will linger. I had planned ahead and cooked everything at home. However, an outdoor grill would be a welcome addition to keep cooking odours outside.

Perfect location, well appointed, roomy and relaxing - what a perfect place to recharge your batteries. This location is close to a great hiking park, the SEPAQ des grands jardins. Together, they make for an awesome trip not mentioning food and cultural activities.
Other Comments
Close to amenities and local roads it makes the best location to visit the Charlevoix region while enjoying extremely relaxing evenings.

This is unlike any experience I've had. They've maximized the experience with this unusual structure with amenities such as the hot tub and a kitchenette with a bunk bed over the bathroom. Being perched up on the mountain provides spectacular views of the St Lawrence River with cotton candy sunsets if you're lucky.
