Guests cannot combine multiple vouchers for longer stays; additional nights can be booked directly with the chalet. The number of rooms available at this discounted rate is limited and dates may sell out; we highly recommend booking early to get your desired dates. Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the chalet. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the chalet's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the chalet prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the chalet cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Chalet cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the chalet’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the chalet at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. A 50% refund is applied to cancellations made 7–14 days prior to arrival, and cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the chalet's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 12 guests per room. Maximum occupancy is 12.

Additional hotel-specific charges: A $500 refundable security deposit, plus applicable taxes are not included and will be paid directly to the chalet. A $250 cleaning fee per stay is included in the price listed above, but it will be paid directly to the chalet. Parking is complimentary.
